Stephen Noel Rademan Photography

I am frequently asked three questions. Are you a professional photographer? What kind of photographs do you take, and have you been doing this for a long time? The answers are: I consider myself a professional, but I will leave the final answer to you. I shoot anything that catches my eye; nature (landscapes, wildlife, flowers, birds), portraits (nudes, painted ladies, pin up), astrological (solar and lunar eclipses, aurora borealis, the moon, stars and sun), insects, macro, still life and lots and lots of travel images. As to how long, I don’t remember glass plates, but for my eighth birthday I was given a Kodak box camera and home developing kit, and that was over 68 years ago. I have over 45,000 images stored on my computer and have selected a very small sampling to share with you. I hope that you enjoy them and will fell free to send me your comments.

M8 Lagoon Nebula. This image was captured using a Nikon D300 with a 200mm lens. The camera was mounted to a solar tracking device and multiole 90 second exposures were made. The exposures were then loaded into a special program which stacked and colorized the images.

One of my favorite places is Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. Here there is a never-ending vista of beautiful sites.
